Subscription Renewal & Cancellation Policy

SCF will charge your payment method at the beginning of your membership. All memberships are automatically renewing. This means that once you sign up for a Basic, Advanced, Elite or Trial membership, your membership will be automatically renewed and your billing method will be charged based on the membership level and program (annually, bi-annually, or monthly, etc.) you have chosen unless you opt out or cancel by following the instructions in this Policy.

If your payment method is invalid, declined, or unable to be processed, your membership will not renew and your Premium or Elite Membership will revert to a Basic Membership. After an unsuccessful renewal of membership, if you wish to retain your Premium or Elite Membership, you are be subject to current payment plan and pricing of our paid membership levels. It is your responsibility to keep your payment method up-to-date. You payment method can be accessed at any time by logging into your account to view and edit your account details.

Until you downgrade, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your purchase. The Cancellation and Refund Policy for Advanced and Elite Memberships is explained below. If you would like to cancel your account, please email us and we’ll take care of that for you. All accounts that are inactive for over 90 days will be deleted.

Prices may be changed by SCF at any time and each renewal of your subscription will be at the price that you were originally charged for your membership level when you subscribed unless otherwise stated or there is a change in your membership price. SCF shall provide you with reasonable notice of any change in prices prior to the effective date of the new pricing by email or other reasonable means such as a notice on the pertinent Website(s) or in usual subscriber communications. If you do not wish to continue with your membership due to the new prices, you may opt out of renewal or cancel as set forth above.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you would like to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time by logging into your account, and clicking the Member Level link on your dashboard page. Except as provided below, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

For all renewals of subscriptions longer than one month, you may cancel within 7 days of the renewal date and receive a full refund. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but you will not be eligible for a refund. Trial periods are non-refundable.

For all initial purchases of memberships longer than one month, you may cancel during the first 30 days (calculated from the date of purchase plus any free trial period, if applicable) and receive a prorated refund based off the daily pro-rated amount of your membership level. We will terminate your Advanced or Elite Membership at the time of refund and your account will revert to Basic Membership. If the cancellation occurs after the first 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you wish to downgrade your account, your subscription will cancel automatically at the end of its current term. You will still have access to your membership until it ends. Once your membership has concluded, you can upgrade your account during enrollment periods only (February, June and October).

All memberships, regardless of type, are subject to the Terms of Use/Policies for the SCF website. Subscription Fees for a Advanced and Elite Memberships purchased on our website will not be refunded if the membership has been canceled due to a violation of our Terms of Use Agreement.

Your cancellation must be received by end of business (5:00 p.m. Central Time, USA) on the appropriate day as described above. All refunds will be given to the original credit card on which the purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reach you or be charged back to your account.

We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
